How To Use: Shake well before use. Take 1-2 dropperfuls (approx. 1.5 mL) 1-3 times daily under the tongue or with mineral water, juice, tea, smoothies, cocktails and mocktails to uplift your beverage the plant powered way. The tincture can also be dulited with water and used in herbal bath or poultices as well.
